Project Partners
The project "Media Social Jobs" and the 2 youth exchanges in it, is organized by L'Arca del Blues NGO together with 4 international partners: Syncro - Synergy Croatia from Croatia, Solidarity Mission from Greece, Asociación Mille Cunti from Spain, SFERA Macedonia from FYRO Macedonia.
The project is supported by a co-funding of the Erasmus + program and has the support of the Italian National Agency ANG and from the Municipality of Cortemilia.
L'Arca del Blues
L’ Arca del Blues is a NGO active in the field of education, personal and professional development, professional skills and youth support.
L’Arca del Blues was founded in 2012 with the aim of supporting the enhancement of quality of living, professional skills and development of human potential through powerful educational and personal development experiences focusing especially on youth, youth workers, youth with fewer opportunities and adults in the field of music, media and arts.
Activities in L’Arca del Blues are focused on youth support, education and personal growth.
The methods include formal and non-formal ways: frontal lectures and workshops, music classes, experiential learning, learning by playing, creativity, theater, media, dance etc…

We hold music courses for youth, workshops on the topic of music and we have also set many music&art events and contests for youth.
Our mission is to provide youths with specific knowledge in music, media and arts field and raise their activeness and responsible involvement into cultural, social and educational life of the communities.
We are sure that growing youths with specific skills in a specific field and making them active and responsibly involved into cultural, social and educational life of the communities is the best way to start fighting big social issues such unemployment and social exclusion. We believe that capability of young people to be very creative and spontaneous represent the key of a better future for Europe.

Syncro - Synergy Croatia
SYNCRO is an organization active in the field of education, personal development, skill trainings and youth support. Syncro was founded in 2010. with the aim of supporting the enhancement of quality of living and development of human potential through powerful educational and personal development experiences. Being a part of International Synergy Group we are joined in the common vision of a world that works for everyone.
Our mission is to encourage young people to reach their potential, to create a learning space through personal development trainings, to support education and involvement of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, to provide opportunities for cooperation in the youth field and to create opportunities for expression of creativity and enjoyment in life, while including everyone.
Activities of Syncro are focused on youth support, education and personal development. The purpose of activities is to empower people to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge for responsible and quality life, to become active citizens and to take an active role in their lives and in the lives in their communities.
Specifically, it is implementation of the international personal development trainings, youth exchanges, experiential learning in the outdoors, teaching various technical skills, coaching, group moderation, communication skills, awareness programs, sports and community projects, to learn how to overcome physical and mental challenges that result in building self-esteem and discovering one's own full capacities, which can later be transferred to everyday life. Special accent is also given to realizing social and environmental responsibility and feeling the impact of one's actions on the group and society as a whole.
Our target groups are young people, youth workers and adults active in the field of youth-work and working with people, youth coming from broken families, youth with disabilities and coming from disadvantaged background and minority groups.
The methods are the methods of non-formal education: experiential learning, learning through playing, personal development methods, outdoor education, creativity workshops, coaching, theatre, and dance.

Solidarity Mission
Solidarity Mission is a training, research and innovation center for social economy and entrepreneurship, established in 2016, in Athens and it is supporting since 2013 social entrepreneurs and NGOs to grow their social impact. Solidarity Mission is the most recognized non-profit organisation in Greece, supporting Social Entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them to actual social enterprises sustainably, effectively and successfully. We plan, develop and implement innovative training programmes, coaching, and mentoring, aimed at increasing knowledge, cultivating skills, as well as participants’ personal development.
Our Mission is to contribute to the development of social and solidarity economy globally.
Our Vision is to create a global network of social entrepreneurship centers for those who try to make the world a better place.
Our main aims are:
- To support the development of social enterprises.
- To improve the knowledge and skills of social entrepreneurs.
- To enhance the sustainable development and the responsible entrepreneurship.
- To support the inclusion of young, unemployed, and socially vulnerable people in job market.
- To share the idea of volunteerism and social solidarity.
- To educate teenagers and youngsters on ethics and values of social entrepreneurship and fundamentals of sustainable development.
- To empower and support young people in their learning, personal and professional development.
Our main programmes are:
“Social Entrepreneurship Incubator & Accelerator”, “Social Entrepreneurship Academy”, “Youth Academy” which is a result of the cooperation with the Informal Group “Synergy Flow” founded in 2014. In the beginning of 2018 Solidarity Mission welcomed the activities of a very active youth group and expanded its knowledge in the field of youth programmes.
T already successfully partnered in 52 projects and offered to 203 young people and youth workers to participate in selected projects. Subjects of the projects were: coaching, improving skills of Youth Workers, improving communication and presentation skills, improving leadership skills and work as youth workers in the EVS field, entrepreneurship, creative recycling, personal and professional “branding”, sustainability, refugees/migration, outdoors, body awareness and expression. Since 2017 we are an accredited Sending, Hosting and Coordinating EVS organisation and since March 2018 we are hosting our first 6 EVS volunteers.

Asociación Mille Cunti
Mille Cunti Association was founded in Ciudad Real in December 2014..
The association was born out of the hands of 4 young people who had already had volunteering experience with groups at risk of social exclusion in different countries of the European Union and that had been involved in the Europeans programs Youth in Action and Erasmus +.
Their passion for languages, art, culture and volunteering have been transformed on tools to work with children in their local community, young people and youth workers across Europe, with the idea
that youth can and must represent an engine of change in society.
For this reason in the last two years the association has worked for:
• Encourage youth participation and active citizenship by carrying out youth information and
promotion of associationism activities in educational centers .
• Expand the offer of socio-cultural animation for groups at risk of social exclusion, through the
animation in hospitals and in rehabilitation centers.
• Foster the spirit of European citizenship by organizing youth exchanges, training for European youth
workers, sending and welcoming European volunteers, making the citizen aware of programs as
Erasmus +, Creative Europe, Erasmus for Entrepreneurs, etc.
• Supporting young artists through the provision of photographic exhibitions and the implementationof a youth radio program for young people.
• To promote culture and education in Human Rights through training for youth workers and workshops in educational centers.
Through the implementation of these activities, the association try to transform society into a more participatory society, aware of both its rights and duties as well as the opportunities available to them. A community united and welcoming for all, without distinction of age, sex, gender, nationality and abilities.To achieve its mission, the association has collaborated in recent years with other Non-profit associations at the national level (the Youth Council of Ciudad Real, Youth Network, Capacities,Esmile: Youth and Child Psychology, etc.) and (A.C.T.O.R Romania, BACKUP Portugal, Link Italy, VCSSkopje Macedonia, among others) and with public entities (General Hospital of Ciudad Real, UCLM,Town Hall,, European Union ...) and private.

SFERA Macedonia
SFERA MACEDONIA – Bitola is a NGO from Bitola, Macedonia which was first formed in 2007 like a informal group and in July 2009 it was registered as a NGO.
The general goal of SFERA MACEDONIA – Bitola is through non formal methods to educate the population in Macedonia about the protection of the environment, cultural and natural heritage, with the purpose to raise the awareness of all age groups about the importance of healthy lifestyle and the benefits that come with it.
We have worked on diferent types of project in the past such as:
- Tackling the problems of poverty and unemployment;
- Developing leadership skills and democracy among youth;
- Fire and environmental protection and education;
- Organizing trainings, Workshops and camps on a national and international level;
- Networking with national and international organizations and networks.
These are regular activities in the organization.
The Association has these main goals and objectives:
- Protection of the environment, cultural and natural heritage;
- Promoting sustainable development and the usage of alternative sources of energy;
- Promoting healthy lifestyle – sport, healthy diet;
- Development of professional and leadership skills among young people;
- Education of youngsters in the field of crisis management (floods, earthquakes, fires, erosion and other natural disasters);
- Promoting non formal education and encouraging the creation of systems to support young local, national and international level;
- Promoting youth activism and active citizenship among young people and informing youth about all the opportunities they have;
- Raising the awareness of equality, tolerance, democracy and the introduction of human rights to the youngsters;
- Support and facilitate the process of Europeanization of the country.
We will focus our work in the future to achieve all of these goals on a national, but also on an international level
We first started working in the program Youth in Action because we found some common project topics like environment and sport, art and culture, national heritage, health etc. Now we work even harder in the Erasmus + program because we feel it is a way to achieve our goals on an international level, and we feel that we will have a biger impact on our community from these projects.
